For some newer players to World of Warcraft and the MMO genre as a whole, playing these games can be very frustrating. It could be because of all the different classes or not understanding a particular one. Here at WoW Strategy HQ, we strive to help newer players get the most out of their World of Warcraft experience.
If you’re a beginner struggling with World of Warcraft there is a class that is just for you. The Paladin is one of the easiest classes to play. It has the ability to stay alive through almost any encounter and can still put out a lot of damage. The Paladin is a hybrid class that can heal, tank, and DPS depending on what the player wants to do. The fastest way to level as a Paladin is to spec in DPS (which is your damage spec). If you are having trouble staying alive you can always change to a tanking spec. With a Paladin you should have no trouble leveling up even if you play solo.
Tips for playing a Paladin early on:
- Watch your mana – You use mana for healing and attacking, so don’t use it all up in case you need to heal yourself through some of the tougher enemies.
- Attack multiple enemies – Attacking multiple enemies allows you to finish quests quicker and level quicker. Paladins wear mail early on and plate at Level 40 so they can take the punishment.
- Don’t forget buffs – Paladins have great buffs that include regenerating mana, increasing attack power, increasing stats, and increasing armor. Make sure you have some of these on your character.
These are just a few tips for beginners struggling with World of Warcraft. Still having problems? Want to level quicker? Check out one of our reviews for these leveling guides today.
